We offer a 30-day return policy for plants that arrive damaged or in poor condition. Plants must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned items. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
